Direct Recruitment
Washington Recruitment Group (WRG) focuses on the recruitment and retention of
primary health care
practitioners who want to provide health care to medically underserved populations. WRG recruits for the following types of practice sites:
- Rural areas, or
- Tribal settings (Indian Health Service or Self-governed), or
- Urban sites providing care to medically underserved patients, or
- State or County correctional facilities.
While WRG is willing to keep all candidates in our database, we are most interested in:
- Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine, General Internal Medicine,
General Surgery, OB/GYN, Pediatrics and Psychiatry)
- Dentists and Dental Hygienists,
- Physician Assistants-Certified,
- Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners,
- Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians.
The best way to receive direct recruitment assistance is to directly enter your information in our
WRG online form. Note:
