The Small Rural Hospital Improvement Grant Program (SHIP)

 

A federal Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), Office of Rural Health Policy grant program administered by the Office of Community and Rural Health.  Section 1820 of the Social Security Act authorized the SHIP grant program to help small hospitals meet federal government hospital regulations.
