capabilities, sign up for the conference one of
the three ways listed below.

conferencing coordinator must contact Northwest
TeleHealth--INHS or University of Washington-- Rande
Gray and arrange a connection at least 7 days prior to the
conference date. Deadline to arrange for a connection to
this conference is May 9, 2007.
The video conference will be put on DVD.
