capabilities, sign up for the conference one of
the three ways listed below.

TeleHealth--INHS, University of Washington-- Rande
Gray, or Sandy Kukla and arrange a connection at least 7 days prior to the
conference date. Deadline to arrange for a connection to
this conference is May 8, 2008.
The video conference will be put on DVD.
