New
sexual misconduct rules for health care providers aim to enhance
patient safety.

Technology Ad-Hoc Committee Abolishment
A new bill

passed during the 2009 legislative session eliminated
many boards, commissions and committees. It abolishes
the Radiologic Technologist Ad-Hoc Committee (Committee)
and repeals RCW 18.84.070. The bill became effective on
June 30, 2009 and the Committee is now dissolved.
