Please keep in mind that the Department of Health (DOH) cannot help you:

    •  sue a health care provider or facility.
    •  handle a fee dispute between you and your health care provider or facility.
    •  discipline health care providers or facilities not regulated by DOH.
    •  get money back that you feel is owed to you.
    •  resolve questions about disability compensation or insurance repayment.
    •  resolve issues about rudeness by a health care provider.
    •  resolve typing errors, miscommunication.
