The Administrative Services Division consists of:

• Financial Services
• Human Resources
• Information Resource Management
• Risk Management
• Organizational Performance

Financial Services 

Provides a wide range of finance- related advisory and consultative services to support agency programs. These include administrative support and technical assistance in contracting, facility management, procurement, budget, payroll, vendor payment, accounts receivable, grant accounting, federal financial compliance and local health financial coordination.

Human Resources (HR)

Provides the full range of human resource professional support to the agency programs. The Office has five major program areas;

• The Operations Section supports programs to manage their human resource needs on a daily basis.
• HR staff share advice and consult on areas such as: recruitment, classification/pay, corrective/disciplinary action, reasonable accommodations, and HR rule or policy interpretations. They also administer the personnel paperwork that is entered into the Human Resource Management System to ensure staff are paid.
• The Labor Relations Section interprets collective bargaining agreements, interacts with labor organizations and advises programs.
• The Recruitment Section recruits, screens and certifies qualified candidates for hiring supervisor consideration.
• The Health and Productivity Section manages the agency Health and Productivity (Wellness) program and activities.

Risk Management

Provides loss prevention, safety, security, emergency management, and related services to the department.
