The purpose of this page is to provide examples of administrative and financial policies and procedures for Local Health Jurisdictions.  Information on this site was solicited from jurisdictions in response to an interest in having policy and procedure templates available.  These web pages contain examples that may be used by local health jurisdictions as a resource file, or to design local applications.  Feel free to use or borrow from them as is practical.                             

The files are in Word format, arranged in alphabetical order by topic, and are downloadable.  If you would like a copy of these examples on compact disk, please contact the address listed below.  Links to the examples are listed alphabetically at left.  

Though diverse, the examples are not comprehensive.  They are those that LHJs were willing to share.  If you have an example that would help fill in a gap in the current library, you are encouraged to submit it to the address below.
