This concept begins with images in fast-forward coming at the
screen, first small then they get larger as they approach. The music
is building and getting louder as the images draw near. All at once
the images stop and the music goes dead. The screen flashes to color
bars and the beep that accompanies them saying the television is
off-air.

“I’m Washington State Secretary of
Health Mary Selecky. There’s been a lot of talk about avian flu
lately. It’s important to know this is mainly a bird disease.
Yet many experts think the virus could change in a way that puts
people at risk – perhaps leading to a flu pandemic."
