Catalog of all signs

Below is a complete list of signs for medication centers. Information is also included for the hardware items available to display the signs. Each page will:

• show you a picture of the sign;

• give you the dimensions of the sign;

• indicate what medium the sign is normally printed on;

• indicate which hardware holder the sign is designed for;

• indicate if the sign is included in the full kits;

• indicate into which languages that sign is translated;

• supply links to download in different formats:

  • Adobe Illustrator format: High-quality files for printing larger signs through your local print-shop.

  • PDF format: For printing to smaller format printers or plotters.

Note: Not all of these signs are included in the medication center signage kits for sale by the Washington State Department of Printing.
