Ordering from outside Washington

The Washington State Department of Health is happy to share these signs and materials with other states and partners. Camera-ready art  for all signs and materials is available on this web site. Materials may downloaded and used at no cost. You are also welcome to modify the materials to suit your needs.

If you want order a complete signage set: The Washington State Department of Health does not sell printed signs. However, to help meet requests for sets of signs, we have given the artwork and specifications to the Washington State Department of Printing.

Organizations outside of Washington State may order sets of signs and holders directly from the Washington State Department of Printing Web site, or contact them directly at fulfillment@prt.wa.gov.

Once at Printing's Web site, you will need to establish an account and then:

  1. Click on "Shop by Agency" then;

  2. Click on "Department of Health" then;

  3. Click on "Emergency Preparedness".

If you are paying for the signs with a purchase order or anything other than a credit card, you may contact Department of Printing Fulfillment directly to arrange payment.

Information about purchasing signs is provided as a service to our partners and colleagues. The Washington State Department of Health is not directly involved in fulfilling sign orders for out-of-state organizations. If you have a question about an order you've placed, please contact the Washington State Department of Printing directly at fulfillment@prt.wa.gov.

Please note: Be sure you check all details--content, materials, necessary storage space--prior to ordering signs to ensure they will fit your needs. The signs were developed for local health jurisdictions and partners in Washington State and are printed "as is." If your organization's needs are different, we will be happy to supply high resolution artwork (Adobe Illustrator) files at no cost for your agency to customize and print as needed.
