Public Health in Washington State

National Public Health Month provides an opportunity to educate the public, policy-makers and health professionals about issues important to improving the public's health.

Each year, we like to showcase a variety of public health topics by talking with the people behind the programs. In this year's profiles, we'll highlight some of the people behind important public health services from health care-related investigations to viral hepatitis prevention.
