OLYMPIA ¾ The license of a Kent radiologic technologist has been immediately suspended for inappropriately touching two minor patients.
The Department of Health took action against the license of Jang Bahadur Singh (RT00002870). Singh allegedly rubbed a minor patient’s bottom while positioning her for a shoulder x-ray. He is also accused of touching the breast of another minor patient, as well as her crotch several times with his elbow, during an x-ray procedure. Singh also did not properly drape this patient during the x-rays as required.
This summary suspension means Singh cannot practice pending the outcome of a hearing. Singh has 20 days to answer the charges and has the right to request a hearing.
