Water advisory ends for customers on King County’s Cristalina system

OLYMPIA ¾ Water service has been restored to the Cristalina Water System, which had experienced intermittent water outages earlier in the week.

Leaks that were causing the outages and drops in water pressure have been detected and repaired. The water has been tested, and it meets safe drinking water standards. The system issued a boil-water advisory June 30 because contaminants can enter water lines when water pressure drops. The advisory ended today. The water system continues to urge customers to use water wisely.

The Cristalina Water System serves 85 homes east of Ravensdale in eastern King County. Customers who have questions can call 425-922-3944.
