The Honorable John Austin, Ph.D.

After earning a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of California at Berkeley, Mr. Austin practiced psychology in Minnesota for 30 years.  It was a pleasure for him to move to Washington in 1984 to be closer to his son and daughter.  In  January, 2007, he became a Jefferson County Commissioner.  Mr. Austin is honored to serve on the Board of Health.
