Biennial Report to the
Governor (formerly Annual Report)
The Biennial Report is required under
RCW 43.20.100 and must be submitted to the Governor during even-numbered
years. Before 2009, the statute required an Annual Report. The Biennial
Report highlights major accomplishments and activities of the Board,
suggests public health priorities for the following biennium, and may
recommend legislative action. In 2010, the Board produced a single report
that combined the Biennial Report with the
State Health Report. You may view a copy electronically or request
