U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Tobacco Regulations

 

In June 2009, Congress passed a new federal law known as the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act.  The new law gives the Federal Food and Drug Administration (FDA) the authority to regulate tobacco products.  Here are fact sheets describing the many parts of this law.
