NWCPHP - The Northwest Center for Public Health Practice was established at the University of Washington School of Public Health & Community Medicine in the 1980s through a grant from the DHHS Health Resources and Services Administration. The Center fosters the flow of information and contact between academia and the public health practice community in the Pacific Northwest through research, education and training programs developed in concert with practitioners.

CDC PHTN - The Public Health Training Network was established by the US DHHS in 1984 to enhance training opportunities among public health practitioners throughout various types of distance learning formats.

APHA - The American Public Health Association

NEHA - The National Environmental Health Association

PHF - Public Health Foundation

Video Communications Division of the Alabama Department of Public Health site provides information about the satellite conference programs for public health employees and community members.  The site contains a brief history about the Division and the satellite conference schedule that includes specific information about each conference.

Yale New Haven Center for Emergency Preparedness and Disaster Response - The site provides up-to-date information on emergency preparedness including emergency planning, hazard vulnerability analysis, emergency credentialing of healthcare providers, education and training, incident command systems, emergency plan development, capacity
building and response planning.

Emergency Management 102: Introductory Course (EM 102) - This course provides awareness-level emergency preparedness training for the health care delivery workforce.
