Fill out a secure online form to let us know if you or someone you know is homebound. Your answers will allow us to connect individuals to available County and/or State Mobile Vaccine Teams.

COVID-19 vaccination is one of the most important tools to end the COVID-19 pandemic.

Several vaccines are authorized for emergency use by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). These vaccines are currently being distributed in Washington state.

It’s more important than ever to continue to wear masks, stay six feet (2m) apart, and avoid gatherings with people you don’t live with.
