CR-101 rule inquiry stage – drafting of proposed rules
The Department of Health’s Office of Community Health Systems, EMS and Trauma Care Section officially filed a CR-101 with the Office of the Code Reviser on October 7, 2025, to open WAC 246-976-022 and WAC 246-976-041. Other amendments to sections or adding new sections in chapter 246-976 WAC may also be considered to address this specific topic. The WSR number is 25-21-026.
How to Participate
The department’s EMS Program will be hosting a series of webinars to provide an overview of the rules in the coming weeks. Additional webinars will be added as needed.
