In keeping with statewide measures to mitigate the COVID-19 outbreak, the Washington State Department of Health's Adjudicative Service Office has discontinued in-person hearings for the next 30-60 days. If you have a hearing scheduled during this time and you have not heard from a member of our staff, you're urged to contact the clerk's office at 360-236-4695.
