The mission of HIV Client Services is to reduce the transmission and medical consequences of HIV by assuring that persons with HIV in Washington have access to health care and supportive services.

HIV Client Services offers services to support and assist persons living with HIV/AIDS such as the Early Intervention Program, Ryan White Care services, and the Title XIX HIV case management program.  This website will help answer questions about our services and provide you with links to other related sites.

What is "Ask EIP"?
This is a way to e-mail the Department of Health's Early Intervention Program (EIP) staff for general information that you need about EIP. All DOH e-mails are subject to public disclosure laws and therefore are not confidential.   Individual client related information cannot be addressed through "Ask EIP". To receive client specific eligibility information about EIP please call: 1-877-376-9316 and ask to speak with a Client Service Representative.
