The ultimate goal of the Office of Health Promotion (OHP) is to contribute to the health of individuals, groups and communities in Washington State. We work with local public health agencies, schools, community partners, and programs within the Department of Health to achieve this goal. The staff in our office do many things. You may see us planning health promotion campaigns, providing consultations, designing publications, managing funding to local communities, conducting workshops or developing websites among other things. Here are some examples of projects that we have worked on:
