List of Washington Recalled Peanut ProductsBelow is a list of the recalled products sold in Washington. This list was last updated March 20. Abbott Nutrition Abbott has announced the recall of all sizes and quantities of ZonePerfect Chocolate Peanut Butter bars, ZonePerfect Peanut Toffee bars and NutriPals Peanut Butter Chocolate bars, distributed in the United States, Mexico, New Zealand, and Singapore. On February 16th, Abbott Nutrition expanded its recall to include the following products:
The Alps Candy The Alps Candy has recalled the following product, distributed through The Alps retail store in Leavenworth between 11/15/2007 and 1/15/2008.
Amway Global Amway has recalled three Nutrilite Energy Bar products. The following recalled energy bars were sold nationwide through direct sales. Amway products are not available in retail outlets.

Arbonne International, LLC Arbonne has recalled all the following lots of Arbonne Figure 8 Peanut Butter Chews.
The recalled items were sold as individual packages and as components of the Go Figure 8 30-Day Program Set and the Figure 8 Ready, Set, Go! Vanilla product bundles. Arbonne products are distributed nationwide through Arbonne independent consultants. The recalled items were shipped from January 1, 2007 to January 19, 2009. Atkins Nutritionals, Inc. Atkins has recalled certain lot codes of the following four products:
Austinuts Austinuts has recalled Honey Roasted Peanuts and Organic Peanuts, Dry Roasted Salted and Unsalted (Consumer PLU's 41399 or 41400 and all lot numbers ending with the code "60500PB" or "60600PB") that were sold in Washington State Safeway stores. Balance Bar Company Balance Bar has recalled the following product distributed to retail stores and foodservice operators:
Bad Byron's SFP, Inc. Bad Byron's has recalled the following item, produced prior to 10-10-2007 and distributed prior to 2-11-2008.
Bear Naked Bear Naked has recalled certain date codes of Bear Naked All-Natural Appalachian Trail Mix products. The recalled products carry a "Best if Used Before" date prior to February 01, 2010, and one of the following UPC codes: 85641600187, 85641600141, 85641600174, 85641642518, 85641600189 and 88462343792. Bear Naked also recalled the following products:
Betty Lou's Inc. Betty Lou's has expanded an earlier recall of the following products, distributed in Washington and nationwide through retail health food stores, wholesalers and direct-to-customer sales between January 1, 2007 and February 16, 2009. All Best By dates of 29AUG09 and earlier are included in the recall.
Betty Lou’s and Oregon Food Bank Betty Lou’s Inc. is recalling 1.8 oz Peanut Oregon Health Food Bars donated to Clark County food banks. The bars are individually wrapped in clear plastic film and most are stamped with manufacturing dates. Some bars may not have any date or coding information. There is no UPC code. Oregon Food Bank packed approximately 12 individual bars in a clear plastic bag with a label on the outside of the bag listing ingredients and stating “power bar” “distributed by Oregon Food Bank.”
BioGenesis Nutraceuticals Inc. Bio Genesis has recalled all Diabetone gluco:support peanut butter chocolate bars with manufacture dates of May 08 and June 08. The 1.5 oz bars were sold in 15 count boxes and have manufacture dates printed on the individual bar labels. There is no code on the box. The manufacture dates subject to recall are MFG 14MAR08, MFG08MAY08 Fu1, MFG12JUN08, MFG27AUG08, and MFG31DEC08. There is no UPC for this product. Blue Heron Bakery Blue Heron has recalled the following products, sold prior to July 2008 at Blue Heron Bakery's retail outlet and other retail outlets.
Breadfarm, Inc. Breadfarm has recalled the following products, sold at the Bellingham, Mount Vernon, and Everett Farmer's Markets and at the Breadfarm retail location in Bow, WA between January 2007 and October 2008:
Brent and Sam's Brent and Sam's has announced the recall of the following products. This list of date codes reflects additional production lots recalled on February 12th:
The peanut butter cookies were sold in Target and SuperTarget stores nationwide. Separately, Brent and Sam's also announced a precautionary recall of the following discontinued peanut butter cookie, which had been sold in Wal-Mart stores until August 2008:
Breyer’s Ice Cream Unilever United States, Inc. is voluntarily recalling the following Breyers Tin Roof Sundae ice cream products:
The Breyers Tin Roof Sundae products, which were discontinued in August 2008, were sold in 1.75 QUART (1.66 L) paper board containers with various expiration dates. Brown & Haley Brown & Haley has recalled the listed package formats of the following product, including all lots distributed between March 21, 2007 and February 26, 2009. Buttercrunch Toffee was distributed through retail stores across the United States and sold directly to consumers over the Internet. Peanut Delights were sold directly to consumers at Brown & Haley outlet stores in Tacoma and Fife.

Country Maid Inc. Classic Breaks Peanut Butter Cookie Dough sold in 2 pound rectangular-shaped packages with a white wrapper. Classic Breaks Peanut Butter Cookie Dough products with the following lot numbers marked on the side are included in the recall: 22507, 24007, 24707, 29707, 31007, 36207, 03008, 03908, 04608, 06708, 11308, 11408, 21908, 26208, 26308, 29808, 33808, and 36508. These were distributed in Washington through fundraising groups. The recalled Kettle Corn can be identified in the United States by UPC #180999000356. Little Debbie McKee has recalled two Little Debbie products, which were manufactured for the company by Kellogg on or after July 1, 2008. The recalled energy bars bear a Best Before date of 01OCT09A, Best Before date of 03FEB09B, and Best Before date of 29APR09B and are sold as 2 oz (56 g) individually wrapped bars with a UPC code of 0 58449 77715 1. All other Nature's Path products were manufactured are not in any way implicated in this recall. Nature's Path also has recalled the following granola bars and granola cereal, distributed in retail stores nationwide in the United States.
Nature's World Nature's World has recalled the following trail mix products, sold in retail stores in Alaska, Washington, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, California, and Hawaii before July 1, 2008.
Nature’s World has also recalled NW Delights Milk Chocolate Peanut Clusters, sold in 9 oz. containers with UPC Code 0 15953 70914 and expiration date of 02/27/10. Nestlé HealthCare Nutrition HealthCare Nutrition, Inc., manufacturer of the OPTIFAST line of weight loss products, is recalling OPTIFAST Honey Nut ‘n Oat Nutritional Bars (Carton UPC Code 0-43900-39017-8) with the following lot codes and expiration dates: 0397A EXP FEB 08, 1317A EXP MAY 08, 1577A EXP JUN 08, 3247A EXP NOV 08, 538 EXP FEB 09, 1558A EXP JUN 09, 1998A EXP JUL 09, 2198A EXP AUG 09, 2618A EXP SEP 09. Rain Creek Baking Corporation Rain Creek has recalled Sinbad and Rain Creek Baking brands of dessert products. Recalled items will show an expiration or best before date of 11/01/07 through 12/31/07, 01/01/08 through 12/31/08 or 01/01/09 through 07/22/09. All recalled products bear a lot code of 9200 or less. The Lofthouse products were sold in the in-store bakery sections of grocery stores; Parco is distributed to food service customers, and Pastries Plus is sold through select club stores.
